It is the parent\/guardian\u2019s responsibility to work with the MOE to validate placement of the student in the grade above or below the norm. Government regulation also requires a transfer certificate for all students from the child\u2019s current school in order to facilitate the correct placement. CAS abides by the MOE \u2013 Ajman statutory requirement which is explained in detail in the table and bullet points given Government regulation also requires a transfer certificate for all students from the child\u2019s current school in order to facilitate the correct placement.
